## What it is

Type the idea for your next Short. Topic Shorts writes a hook-first script, narrates it, cuts stock footage to the voice, burns in captions, and frames it 9:16 for the Shorts player. Download the MP4 with a ready title, caption, hashtags, and cover frame, then upload it in YouTube Studio.

## How it works

### Name the Short

Type the topic or paste a script, keep 9:16, and pick a length and a story format.

### Generate

Clip Studio writes, voices, cuts, and captions the Short, usually in about five minutes. It lands in your library and we email you the link.

### Upload to YouTube

Download the MP4 and copy the title, caption, and hashtags into YouTube Studio. Clip Studio does not upload for you.

## Benefits

- **Framed for the Shorts player.** A 9:16 frame with captions placed above the on-screen buttons, an opening line that lands in the first seconds, and a last line that echoes the hook.
- **Upload copy written for you.** Each Short comes with a title, a caption, and hashtags you can copy straight into YouTube Studio, plus a cover frame taken from the hook shot.
- **Lengths from 15 seconds to 3 minutes.** The narration is written to fill the length you pick, so a 30-second Short is about 30 seconds of voice with matching footage, not a long music-only tail.
- **A channel that looks consistent.** Save one Short’s voice, captions, music, and format as a style, then queue the next episodes of a series in it. Change captions or music on any finished Short for free.

### Does Clip Studio upload the Short to my channel?

No. You download the MP4 and upload it in YouTube Studio yourself, with the title, caption, and hashtags we wrote. Label it as AI-generated where YouTube asks you to.

### Can I add subtitles or my own music on YouTube?

Yes. Download SRT or VTT subtitles to upload as YouTube captions, a version without burned-in captions, or a version without music so you can add a sound yourself.

### How is this different from the faceless video generator?

Same Topic Shorts engine. This page is the YouTube Shorts recipe: 9:16, hook-first, with upload copy. The faceless video generator covers every platform, format, and niche.
